When cleaning your fine carpeting, rugs and furniture, you need to carefully consider the following factors:
Can the Cleaning Process Damage my Carpet?
Our dry extraction cleaning doesn't over wet your carpeting- it can be walked on immediately after cleaning! We restore your carpet to its original beauty and it's safe for everyone, including children and pets!
Unprofessional cleaners or DIY machines rented at the local supermarket can soak your carpet, carpet backing and padding. The water and detergent left in your carpet can cause mold to grow and allergens to spread while also shortening the lifespan of your carpeting from excess water/moisture.
Why Don't You Use Hot Water Extraction 'Steam' Cleaning to Clean My Carpets?
Hot water extraction (wrongly called 'steam') cleaning is only one method used for cleaning carpeting. It involves pumping a mixture of hot water and detergents into the carpeting and then vacuuming it out. Unfortunately, not all the water and detergents are fully removed, resulting in carpet that is wet and requires significant drying time. If the water penetrates the carpet backing and padding, then the potential exists for mold growth, unpleasant smells and allergen problems. Carpet shrinkage/movement may also result, requiring the re-stretching of your carpeting.
Our dry extraction cleaning system is the preferred cleaning method used by many of the world's finest five-star hotels and resorts, office buildings, government offices and residences like yours! It removes the deep down dirt and restores the carpet to its original beauty. Carpets are ready to use immediately after cleaning!
Further, tests have shown that our dry extraction cleaning system can remove up to 85% of dust mites, dust mite allergens, cat allergens and mold spores. It will improve your home's overall air quality and make life easier for those that suffer from allergies. It's also been proven safe and effective and was even rated # 1 by a major consumer-testing magazine!
How Long Do I Have to Wait Until I Can Walk on My Carpeting?
Our dry extraction cleaning is truly dry with less than a ten percent moisture factor. After we clean your carpeting, it is clean, dry and immediately ready for use!
With hot water extraction ('steam') cleaning, it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days. It depends on the skill level of the cleaning technician and how much water is pumped into your carpeting.
What About my Wool Rug and Oriental Carpets?
Our dry extraction cleaning is safe and has been approved by most all of the major carpet and rug manufacturers. It is safe for all carpeting including natural and synthetic, stain resistant, wool, sisal, fine area rugs and delicate oriental carpets.
I Have Allergies-- Will Cleaning Make It Worse?
With our dry extraction cleaning method, allergens and pet dander are substantially removed from your carpeting! Our cleaning process actually improves your home's indoor air quality. Our process is 100% safe for people and pets and is 100% biodegradable.
What About Hidden Service Fees?
Some carpet cleaning companies advertise cleaning services at very low prices. They provide you with a quotation over the phone that seems too good to believe. Unfortunately, when they later come to your home, you discover that the 3-room price advertised is actually three small areas. When you add all the additional charges for spot cleaning, traffic area preparation, after cleaning stain retardant, the cost can be three times what you expected to pay.
With All-Dry Cleaning Systems, we don't provide quotes over the phone. We come out to your home at no cost to you and explain how our dry extraction cleaning works. We take a close look at your carpeting and then provide you with a firm quote. No hidden costs or fees! With our dry extraction cleaning system, we remove the soil, spots and traffic patterns. Unless there is unusually heavy staining or grease/oil paths, we don't charge you extra to clean minor spots and traffic areas.
Can You Clean my Living room Furniture?
Yes! For fine furniture fabric cleaning, we use dry foam extraction cleaning. Our machine generates a dry foam, which is applied to the fabric and gently brushed to remove soil and dirt. The dry foam is then vacuumed out, leaving your furniture dry and usable within 30 minutes! We can clean all fabric types including wool, leather and Haitian Cotton.
Can I Have My Carpet and Furniture Cleaned at the Same Time?
Yes, we can perform both services at the same time. We also offer discounts for having more than one service performed. We can clean carpets and rugs, furniture fabric, clean title and grout as well as walls and ceilings!
I Accidentally Spilled Bleach on my Carpet. Can You Get that Bleach Stain Out?
Our dry extraction method can remove most spots as part of our cleaning process. Some spots caused by lipstick, tar, grease, ink and gum can be removed by our special spot remover system. Both of these services are normally included in our carpet cleaning service at no extra charge (unless spotting is excessive.)
However, certain stains caused by bleach, chlorinated cleaners, acne medicine, oven cleaners, plant food, pesticides, tile cleaners, toilet bowl cleaners and urine cannot be removed as these chemicals have permanently changed the very color of the carpet fibers. Up until now, your only choice was to either replace the damaged piece of carpet or have the entire carpet replaced.
We are proud to offer our customers our Color Repair Service. We use the state of the art PRISM color system to restore the damaged carpet area so it looks like it did before the stain!! This can save hundreds or thousands of dollars in carpet repair or replacement!
